Overview
CoverageX is a growing leader in the Vehicle Service Contract industry. We help drivers protect themselves from unexpected repair costs by offering reliable coverage and putting customer satisfaction first. We’re expanding our Clearwater, FL team and looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives who will deliver top-tier support to our existing customers.
Onsite 14255 49th Street N #101 Clearwater, FL 33762
Hours 9 AM – 6 PM EST, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions about their coverage.
Help with billing, account updates, claims, and general inquiries.
Clearly explain plan benefits and coverage details.
Work with other departments to resolve issues quickly.
Keep accurate notes and update customer information in the system.
Meet goals for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Previous customer service or call center experience (insurance or automotive industry is a plus).
Strong communication skills and professional phone manner.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and high call volume.
Comfortable using multiple computer systems at once.
Dependable, punctual, and team oriented.
Ability to remain seated for extended periods while handling calls.
