Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Assist in the New Product Development process for key Hydro products in the Adjacencies Market, Horticulture Segment.
Spearhead post‑launch activities that will accelerate the adoption of newly launched product(s) in the marketplace:
Drive product adoption by identifying programs and initiatives which will help to convert sales from our primary competitors and accelerate growth.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with our Sales team to create internal commercial collateral.
Execution of the phase‑in / sunset plan of the new product and its previous generation.
Monitor and adjust, if necessary, the effectiveness of the product value proposition and the communication of that information to the market.
Conduct follow‑up Voice of Customer interviews to gather customer feedback.
Qualifications/Requirements
Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited college or university with a target degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Fully fluent in English (written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general computer knowledge is required.
Comfortable interacting cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders: distributors, customers, and end‑users.
Ability to present work activities, deliverables, and final project summary to leadership.
Desired Characteristics
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
Strong team player, work ethic and commitment to win.
Assignment Details
12‑week assignment, running June through August.
Work schedule will range from 25‑30 hours per week.
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Pay Range: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour.
