Responsibilities

Managing the Sales for CLIENT Gears & Winches in North and South America

Commercial and technical negotiations with customer procurement

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

Work closely with the inside sales team on all sales-related operational tasks, such as preparing quotes, following up on invoices, and similar activities

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and offerings

Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers

Ensure customer satisfaction and manage post-sales follow-up

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Qualifications

Strong technical understanding and a high affinity for technology, ideally with experience in drive technology

Structured and independent working style with a willingness to take on responsibility

Professional experience in technical sales is desirable

3–5+ years of successful outside sales experience, ideally in drive technology

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Willingness to spend over 50% of the time in the field, including international travel

Team player with excellent communication skills

Customer-oriented mindset and professional interaction with clients

Proficient in MS Office; experience with Sage is an advantage

Must Have

3–5+ years of successful outside sales experience, ideally within drive technology.

Demonstrated technical aptitude, with strong understanding of technical products (experience in drive technology preferred).

Ability to conduct commercial and technical negotiations directly with customer procurement teams.

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Prior experience in technical sales.

Experience with Sage.

Additional Information

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Remote eligible for the right candidate; field-based role

Must be willing to spend over 50% of time in the field

Compensation range and bonus eligibility: $80k to $90K - Compensation flexible based on experience level
