to join our growing team. This is a field-based sales role where you will meet with homeowners to evaluate roofing needs and provide solutions that protect their home and investment. Unlike many sales positions in the roofing industry, our advisors work primarily with
company-generated leads and scheduled appointments . What You\'ll Do Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments Inspect roofs and identify repair or replacement needs Present roofing solutions and provide estimates Guide homeowners through the decision-making process Maintain communication with customers throughout the project Work with our production team to ensure a smooth customer experience What We Provide Pre-qualified leads and scheduled appointments Sales training and ongoing coaching High average ticket roofing projects Marketing and brand support Tools and systems to help you succeed What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable meeting homeowners in person Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-ups Sales experience preferred but not required Income Potential Compensation is performance-based.
