Full Time Inside Sales Position

Position Summary The Inside Sales primary role is to facilitate the sale of computers to schools, educational organizations and non-profit organizations with a secondary role of assisting with the wholesale and online sales of equipment through online sites.

Responsibilities

Communicate with primary decisionmakers, possibly face to face, in area school districts and non-profits to aid in solving their organizations’ technology needs.

Work with Senior Sales Manager and Production staff to prioritize donated computer refurbishment to fulfill orders and online needs.

Prepare and ship computer orders using contracted vendor; deliver smaller orders in-person to local organizations.

Work with the Senior Sales Manager to maintain program profitability and update the current inventory.

Work with the Marketing and Communications Specialist to update promotional and outreach communications including email marketing.

May be required to occasionally work other areas of the organization, as needed.

May be required to process items for online sales.

Qualifications

Candidate must pass a background check and drug test.

Self-starter with organizational, time management, negotiation, and communication skills to assist in mission-focused outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.

A strong background in personal computers and technology is mandatory.

Mechanical aptitude and light computer repair are a plus.

Knowledge and experience with Salesforce or other CRM are a plus.

Engage in weekly strategic meetings with Senior Sales Manager and the Director of Products and Sales to maximize impact of program reach.

Create and analyze monthly sales reports and recommend improvements to processes.

Experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel.

Experience with nonprofits and Previous sales experience is a plus.

This is a full-time, entry level, hourly position
