Regional Sales Manager

Overview
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 annually with a 35% bonus opportunity under the Sales Incentive Plan. Responsibilities
Carry demo equipment (including accessories and detergents) on vehicles. Ensure market share in area through recruiting and training qualified distributors. Travel and meet with distributors at their location(s). Assist distributors in the development of their sales, service and parts departments while onsite. Remain technically up to date about the line. Know how to sell, operate, and identify equipment and know which piece of equipment to recommend for use in different situations. Know how to teach the benefits and features of our product line versus the competition. Develop a consultant-oriented relationship with all customers serviced in the assigned area. Manage an annual sales and expense budget for the assigned area. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university Three plus years of successful industrial sales experience Equivalent combination of education and experience Our WOW-package (Benefits)
