Position: Commercial Insurance Client Relations Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input policy updates and manage account information to ensure client satisfaction.
Actively engage with clients, producers, and underwriters to address policy and coverage inquiries efficiently.
Lead the marketing and quoting processes for new business opportunities and account renewals.
Collect and oversee all necessary information associated with account renewals to streamline processes.
Maintain consistent and timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives to foster strong relationships.
Qualifications:
Possession of a Property & Casualty Insurance license is required.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in either an independent agency or retail broker setting.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage and rating practices.
Experience working with a variety of carriers and direct interaction with underwriters.
Familiarity with online rating software and various insurance carrier systems.
Proficiency in Applied TAM, EPIC, or AMS360 software is preferred.
Strong office skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
