
Full-Time Order Fulfillment Specialist

As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, your contributions will be vital in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly. We seek committed individuals who prioritize organization and safety in a dynamic work environment. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Efficiently pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders while ensuring your work areas remain clean and organized. Deliver exceptional service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, and addressing customer inquiries. Operate and maintain required certifications for powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) while strictly following safety protocols. Ensure inventory accuracy by utilizing the Orders App, adhering to SIMS compliance, and collaborating with leadership to resolve any inventory discrepancies. Conduct administrative tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, while promptly reporting any safety or theft concerns. Achieve daily responsibilities with a customer-first mindset, showcasing strong communication and teamwork skills. Assist with additional duties as assigned to meet business needs. Required Qualifications: At least 6 months of experience using computers for data entry, access, modification, or output. Minimum of 6 months experience using retail technologies such as smartphones and tablets. Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must obtain if not already certified). Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. 6 months of experience in retail. 6 months of experience in customer service or product fulfillment, preferably at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related departments (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden). 6 months of experience in any industry involved in inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading products or materials in or out of vehicles.
