Our Radar Digital Product Line (RDPL) plays a critical role in delivering advanced capabilities for mission-critical applications. We are seeking a passionate Product Owner to lead the development of next-generation radar technologies. As the Product Owner for RDPL, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering high-impact products that will define the future of radar technology. Acting as the liaison between engineering teams and stakeholders, you will ensure a shared vision, coordinate efforts, and drive execution to bring innovative solutions to fruition. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact while mentoring future product leaders. What You Will Do Lead with Purpose:

Oversee the delivery of RDPL features and capabilities, aligning team efforts with program goals and customer expectations.

Strategize and Prioritize:

Collaborate with leadership to refine the product roadmap, balancing immediate needs with long-term objectives. Manage and prioritize the team's backlog, ensuring clarity on scope and alignment with business goals.

Empower Teams:

Cultivate a high-performing team culture by coaching team members, effectively delegating tasks, and supporting the professional growth of junior staff.

Solve Complex Challenges:

Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical and operational challenges, ensuring solutions are both innovative and practical.

Drive Continuous Improvement:

Utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities for process enhancements and product innovation, keeping RDPL at the forefront of technology.

Be a Voice of Influence:

Represent your team in cross-functional discussions, advocating for their needs while aligning with broader program priorities. Build consensus among stakeholders and maintain focus on shared goals.

Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Experience in product development and product management.

Familiarity with agile principles, frameworks, tools, and optimizing team performance.

Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is mandatory for obtaining a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer Experience with radar systems or related technologies is advantageous.

Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding teams toward success.

Creative problem-solving skills, demonstrating collaboration and strategic thinking.

Exceptional communication skills to articulate priorities, build consensus, and represent team needs to stakeholders across all levels.

Onsite: Employees in onsite roles will primarily work onsite, including all production and maintenance employees essential to product development. This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), part of the Department of Defense, manages the security clearance process. As part of our commitment to a secure hiring process, candidates may be required to attend certain interview steps in person at one of our office locations. The salary range for this role is $107,500 - $204,500. This range reflects a good faith estimate across experience levels. RTX considers multiple factors when extending offers, including role responsibilities, candidate experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may qualify for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and parental leave. Specific benefits depend on the business unit and whether the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may also be eligible for incentive compensation programs based on performance. RTX anticipates closing the application window approximately 40 days from the posting date.
