$110,000 - 120,000 + Commission plan Job Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for a proven SalesManager with 5+ years of experience in Zero Trust architecture to support our global sales initiatives. This strategic role bridges technicalexpertiseand customer engagement — workingcrossdepartmental to drive secure connectivity solutions across key verticals such as energy, utilities, defense, and critical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Serve as the technical Sales lead and trusted advisor for prospective and current customers in Zero Trust deployments at the industrial edge. Collaborate with the Sales and account teams to design and present scalable solutions aligned with FreeWave’s Zentry™ Zero Trust portfolio. Translate complex customer requirements into tailored, secure architecture designs leveraging identity-based access, micro segmentation, encrypted communications , and device integrity verification . Deliver technical presentations, solution demonstrations , and hands-on Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to executive and technical audiences. Support strategic pursuits by contributing to RFPs, RFIs, and executive briefings, highlighting FreeWave’s differentiation. Stay current with industry trends, evolving Zero Trust frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-207 ), and competitor capabilities. Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on customer needs and feature enhancements for FreeWave’s secure edge portfolio. Required Qualifications 5
+ years of experience in aSalesManagementrole focused on Zero Trust architecture and security . Provenexpertisein one or more of the following areas: ZTNA, identity & access control, encrypted edge communications, micro segmentation , or secure device onboarding . Familiarity with industrial environments (OT/IT convergence) and edge networking is a strong plus. Demonstrated success in supporting enterprise or public sector customers through complex technical sales cycles. Ability to clearly communicate security and architecture concepts to both technical and business stakeholders. Self-motivated with strong time management skills and a high degree of independence. Preferred Qualifications Experience with FreeWave-style deployments in remote, rugged, or mission-critical environments. Working knowledge of protocols and technologies such as MQTT, Modbus, TCP/IP, LoRa, or private LTE . Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM , orvendor-specificZero Trust certifications. Familiarity with federal or defense cybersecurity requirements (e.g., CMMC, FIPS, DoDIN APL ).
