Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Professional Realtor, based in Gilbert, AZ. The Realtor will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing real estate properties while guiding them through the transaction process. Day-to-day tasks include networking with potential clients, researching property market trends, conducting property showings, and negotiating sales contracts. The Realtor will serve as a trusted resource for clients, delivering an exceptional customer service experience and meeting the highest standards of professionalism.
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
Expertise in Real Estate, Real Property transactions, and industry trends
Strong Customer Service and Sales skills focused on client satisfaction and relationship building
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong networking and collaboration abilities
Proficiency in using real estate technologies and tools
Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
Experience in the Gilbert, AZ market is a plus
