This is a full-time,
recession-proof,
position serving your specific county
exclusively
- you own your territory. All leads in your county/zip codes come to you. No competition with other agents on the team. You''ll work primarily pre-foreclosure (NOD) leads, plus probate, divorce, and tired landlord lists generated through our proven direct mail campaigns. You''ll present all options - cash offers, short sales, or traditional listings - and guide homeowners to their best solution. This is NOT a traditional agent role. You''ll work with some of the easiest clients (investors) and some of the most challenging (distressed homeowners). Both are incredibly rewarding when you know what you''re doing. The Role: What You''ll Do: Make 25+ daily contacts
- calling NOD lists, probate leads, divorce filings, and tired landlords Analyze deals
- running numbers, determining equity positions, evaluating options Present solutions
- cash offers, short sales, traditional listings Sit appointments scheduled for you
from our lead manager Build and manage
a network of investor buyers List properties
- our company flips, short sales, and traditional listings in your area What We Provide: Consistent lead flow from our weekly direct mail and online marketing Complete training on short sales, wholesaling, fix & flip, and investor relations Proven systems and scripts Transaction coordination support An education you can''t get anywhere else Qualifications
Who You Are: Licensed real estate agent with at least a few deals under your belt Sales experience (any industry) Thick skin
