Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for a Sales Account Manager located in the Greater Boston area. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term client relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, addressing client needs and concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver quality solutions. The role also involves continuous communication with customers to maintain transparency and drive business growth.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service experience

Proficiency in Account Management and Lead Generation processes

Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas and solutions effectively

Experience in the manufacturing or prototyping industry is a plus

Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
