Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Evansville, IN, for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and assisting with sales-related activities. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients to design and implement tailored communication and IT solutions, delivering technical support, and presenting system demonstrations. Additionally, the role involves maintaining client relationships, addressing technical inquiries, and driving sales strategies in alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse clients and teams
Demonstrated ability in Sales and relationship-building
Technical knowledge of IT, networking systems, or business communication solutions
Ability to solve complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the technology, telecommunications, or IT industry is highly desirable
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
