What You’ll Do Conduct property tours and showcase apartment homes and community amenities
Follow up on leads and convert prospect traffic into signed leases
Provide excellent customer service to both residents and prospective tenants
Prepare lease paperwork and coordinate smooth move-in experiences
Maintain knowledge of local market trends and competitor communities
Support resident retention efforts and assist with lease renewals
Qualifications 1-2 years of sales, leasing, or customer service experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently close leases
Professional, upbeat, and goal-oriented attitude
Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office required; Yardi experience is a plus)
Ability to obtain Fair Housing certification
