Role Description We are seeking an Account Manager for a contract, hybrid role based in Mendota, IL, with partial remote work flexibility. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing excellent service, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include monitoring accounts, addressing client inquiries, implementing solutions to meet client needs, and assisting with account renewals and updates. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams to support customer retention, identify growth opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and account retention
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of insurance and financial services is a plus
A customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
