Job Summary We are seeking an innovative Senior Digital Experience Analyst to lead the optimization strategy for product discovery on Walgreens.com. This pivotal role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and managing processes from ideation through execution. You will analyze customer information, behavior patterns, and competitive insights to prioritize actions that enhance the shopping experience for our customers. As the subject matter expert in internal search and browse analytics, you will drive data enablement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and achieve our objectives. Key Responsibilities Analyze customer data, including external insights and website behaviors, to identify conversion opportunities that enhance the customer experience on our website and mobile app. Create comprehensive dashboards and scorecards to aid stakeholders in monitoring key metrics for the digital business. Serve as the analytics lead, partnering with teams to drive improvements and execute advanced analytics initiatives. Assist cross-functional partners with ad hoc analyses to fulfill internal and supplier requests. Develop and present compelling business cases to support site innovation initiatives. Prepare detailed analyses and KPIs for management review. Collaborate with governance and product teams to refine relevancy algorithms. Optimize digital merchandising strategies for better product visibility. Monitor internal search outcomes to troubleshoot and eliminate friction in customer decision-making. Lead taxonomy optimization efforts in partnership with SEO and other teams. Evaluate product attributes to enhance search effectiveness and product discovery. Investigate relevancy issues to improve the customer experience. Stay abreast of competitive trends and communicate insights to differentiate our brand and highlight best practices. External Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of experience in merchandising or digital, or High School/GED with at least 4 years of experience in merchandising or digital. Intermediate skill level in PowerBI or similar tools. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes. Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, merchandising, or marketing. Experience in a digital environment or merchandising. Familiarity with B2B or B2C website platforms. Strong time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of consumer product merchandising and visual merchandising principles. Understanding of customer-centric retailing and purchase behavior analytics. Solid knowledge of web analytics. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics. Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Azure, Workfront, or similar.
