Qualifications
Completion of job readiness training at one of the employer's nonprofit partners
Effective communication skills and ability to engage with customers and team
Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and courteously
Willingness to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail or customer service environments
Familiarity with technology and retail management systems
