Sales Representative – Membership Enrollment
Location: Westminster, Colorado Company: United Defense Tactical
Compensation
Total Compensation Range: $45,000 – $75,000+ annually (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission)
Uncapped commission based on membership enrollments
On-target earnings typically range from $45,000 to $75,000+, depending on performance
A written commission agreement outlining earning criteria and payment timing will be provided in accordance with Colorado law
Actual compensation varies based on performance and experience.
This position is classified as salaried, non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with Colorado law.
The salary compensates the employee for up to 40 hours per workweek. Overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the employee’s regular rate of pay for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek, as required by Colorado’s COMPS Order.

Schedule / Work Hours
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
Work schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Facility hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Any overtime must be approved in advance and will be compensated in accordance with Colorado wage and hour laws.
Position Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for increasing revenue by enrolling customers into our on-site, membership-based tactical training program. This is an in-person sales role based at our training facility.
Primary duties include conducting structured 90-minute training demonstrations, providing facility tours, presenting membership options, enrolling customers, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Key Responsibilities
Training Demonstrations & Enrollment
Conduct scheduled training demonstrations and tours
Educate prospective members about program offerings
Present membership options and close enrollments
Lead Management
Work with company-generated marketing leads
Contact interested prospects who have not yet scheduled
Maintain a full appointment calendar
Follow-Up & Nurturing
Follow up with prospects who do not enroll during their initial visit
Maintain consistent communication to drive future enrollments
CRM Documentation
Accurately record all sales activities and customer interactions
Maintain organized and timely records to ensure proper commission tracking
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable presenting to individuals and small groups
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work in a performance-driven environment
Firearms experience is not required. Training will be provided.
