Role Description
The Commercial Real Estate Advisor (Multifamily) will play a key role in supporting clients with investment real estate needs, specializing in the sale and brokerage of multifamily properties. Responsibilities include analyzing market conditions, developing property valuations, building and maintaining relationships with property owners and investors, supporting sales negotiations, and executing marketing efforts. You will be expected to actively manage transactions and collaborate with team members to achieve client goals. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, offering the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Commercial Real Estate and Real Property transactions
Knowledge of Real Estate markets, including trends, valuations, and marketing strategies
Proven experience or skills in Sales, with the ability to secure and close deals
Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
Proficiency with CRM software, market analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
A valid California real estate license is required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
