Why Work with Us? Looking for an energetic leader to manage our on-site ticketing & activity sales at multiple locations around the resort. This includes lift tickets, season passes, Adventure activities, event tickets, and more. The Depot and other On Mountain Sales locations are the hubs for guest information, and product sales. You will work in a fast-paced, team environment with insight into all areas of the resort. Help us guide our guests through their trip like the Swiss army knife of resort knowledge you will be.
Job Responsibilities
Hire, train, coach, and manage staff to meet operational, sales, and guest service goals.
Conduct regular check-ins with Team Leads and provide feedback to staff and leadership.
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, opening/closing, and maintaining standards across all locations.
Drive revenue through upselling, guest engagement, and effective sales techniques.
Ensure excellent guest service through training, issue resolution, and service recovery standards.
Monitor inventory, labor, and expenses; report KPIs and develop strategies to boost efficiency and revenue.
Implement and support systems (e.g., RTP, Ikon, RFID) and enforce safety procedures.
Coordinate interdepartmental communication and staff participation in events and initiatives.
Preferred Experience
Minimum two years sales experience, one of which must be in a supervisory capacity or Four year degree from accredited college and one year sales experience, six months of which should be supervisory
Experience: hiring, training, and supervising staff in a resort environment. Must have basic computer knowledge in word, excel, and outlook.
Driving
Have a valid Driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program
Education
Associate's degree (A.A.) or educational equivalent from two-year college or technical school
