We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and foster positive relationships. Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Follow-up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism. Proficient in using computers, customer service software, and telephone systems.
