Ideal Candidate:

✔ Recent grad with a

Bachelor’s in Business

(Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related) preferred.

✔ Experience or internship in

banking, financial services, or customer support

is highly preferred.

✔ Strong

communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills .

Preference for candidates with at least one of the following criteria:

College Degree

What You’ll Do:

Handle incoming phone calls regarding various

customer service inquiries

on accounts.

Respond with a high degree of

accuracy and efficiency , consistently meeting key department performance metrics.

Troubleshoot and resolve

customer concerns

while ensuring a positive experience.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of

customer interactions and transactions .
