We're looking for a
Digital Marketing Intern
to own our paid advertising strategy, primarily Meta ads. You'll create videos, analyze what converts, and iterate rapidly. This is a part-time role with a pathway to full-time for someone who consistently drives results, Insha'Allah. What You'll Do
You’ll take ownership of our marketing process, blending creative production with data-driven optimization. This is hands‑on work where your content directly influences sales. Paid Advertising & Performance Analysis
• Manage and optimize Meta ads campaigns, testing creative styles, messaging, and targeting approaches. • Analyze performance metrics to identify what converts: which hooks capture attention, which messaging drives action, which formats perform best. • Document findings into a playbook of proven patterns that can be replicated and scaled. • Gradually test other channels (TikTok, YouTube) while maintaining focus on what's already working. Video Content Creation
• Record and edit short‑form video ads using accessible tools like CapCut. • Appear on camera as a company representative when needed, creating authentic content for Muslim audiences. • Source and edit B‑roll, testimonials, and lifestyle footage from customers, UGC creators, and team members. • Produce content that is engaging and scroll‑stopping, stays on‑brand, and respects our Islamic values. Process Development & Documentation
• Build repeatable workflows for content production: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing. • Maintain organized libraries of winning ads, templates, and performance notes. • Document processes clearly for smooth scaling as the company grows. Who You Are
• Creative storyteller: You capture attention in the first 3 seconds and communicate value clearly. • Comfortable on camera: You can confidently represent the company in video content. • Data‑driven: You identify patterns in performance metrics and use them to inform creative decisions. • Resourceful: You produce quality content quickly with accessible tools, maintaining organized workflows and consistent follow‑through. • Mission‑aligned: You understand Muslim customers deeply and approach marketing with ihsan.
