About the Internship We’re seeking a

Marketing Co-Op Intern

to join our team in

Wichita, KS , for an immersive and hands‑on experience. As an intern at Emprise Bank, you’ll benefit from personalized mentorship, engage in meaningful projects, and develop key skills to jumpstart your professional journey. This

full‑time, paid internship

will last approximately two months, during which you’ll:

Participate in department rotations to gain a well‑rounded understanding of our organization.

Engage in professional development sessions focused on financial industry best practices.

Work on impactful projects that provide hands‑on experience in collaboration and innovation.

Develop professional communication skills across a variety of scenarios.

What You’ll Bring to the Team We’re looking for interns with the following skills and qualities:

Strong organizational and project coordination skills

Systems thinking and ability to see how different marketing efforts connect together

Curiosity and willingness to learn across multiple areas of marketing

Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep projects moving forward

Clear communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to create engaging marketing content for social media, website and marketing campaigns

Requirements

Majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field

Interest in marketing strategy, branding, or campaign development

Experience working with Canva or other graphic design software preferred

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools preferred
