eager to gain hands‑on experience in social media management and content creation. In this role, you will collaborate with our marketing team to plan, create, and execute digital content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and supports client recruitment and sales efforts. The
Marketing Intern
supports the marketing team with a primary focus on social media management and content creation. This role is responsible for assisting with planning, creating, scheduling, and monitoring content across various social media platforms to support brand awareness, engagement, and recruitment or sales initiatives.
The intern will also assist with writing and editing content for websites, email campaigns, blog posts, and other marketing materials as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning and scheduling social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging captions, graphics, and short‑form content aligned with brand voice
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities
Track and report on social media performance metrics
Support content creation for blogs, email campaigns, and website updates
Conduct basic market and competitor research
Assist with campaign brainstorming and execution
Maintain content calendars and stay organized with deadlines
Support additional marketing projects as assigned
Qualifications Education & Experience:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
Coursework or experience related to social media, digital marketing, or content creation preferred
Experience managing personal or organizational social media accounts is a plus
Job Specifications:
Strong writing, spelling, and grammar skills
Comfortable creating content for social media platforms
Basic understanding of social media trends and best practices
Familiarity with Adobe or other design tools (preferred)
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Organized and detail‑oriented
Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment
Basic understanding of analytics and engagement metrics
Salary: $16.00 per hour
