Responsibilities
Assist with the receiving, stocking, and organizing of automotive parts.
Support the parts team in processing orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain inventory records and ensure parts availability for service technicians.
Provide excellent customer service by helping answer parts-related inquiries.
Ensure the parts department workspace is clean, safe, and well-organized.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall dealership operations.
Training for Parts Counter position available to the right person for future company growth.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
Professional appearance and positive attitude a must.
Must be able to follow documented processes.
Ability to lift and move parts as needed.
