
Employee Relations Coordinator

Holder Construction is seeking a highly motivated Employee Relations Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, GA. Primary Responsibilities
Support associates and project teams in alignment with Holder’s Vision.
Partner with leadership, Human Resources, and legal to support ethical, compliant, and positive employee relations outcomes.
Support employee relations responses by assisting with internal investigation planning, interviews, documentation, and outcome summaries.
Research, apply, and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulatory requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy standards.
Identify, track, analyze, and report on employee relations trends and insights.
Prepare and manage employee relations and separation communications and documentation.
Provide timely, high‑quality service and communication to support all associates.
Collect, organize, and maintain separation files for physical storage.
Review and respond to Unemployment Insurance claims.
Track and monitor required training through the company Learning Management System.
Conduct, review, and complete employee exit interviews.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related business field.
1–3 years of HR experience in Employee Relations, HR Generalist roles, or work involving employment law.
Knowledge of or exposure to employee relations investigations and employment law matters.
Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft, review, and manage detailed HR documentation and reports.
Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous, and sensitive situations independently.
Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills with a high level of empathy.
Demonstrated professionalism, ethical judgment, and integrity.
