Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role based in Grand Rapids, MI, for a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include answering phones, entering & shipping orders, responding to customer questions, email blasts, maintaining records and reports, customer onboarding, and maintaining a positive customer service experience. The role requires effective communication and attention to detail to deliver excellent service and exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to maintain high standards of Customer Satisfaction
Must possess a professional, warm, and confident phone demeanor
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be willing to undergo a background check
Schedule
Fully On-Site
$18-20 per hour based on prior experience
