Job Summary The Intern - Marketing will support general marketing tasks including the development of brochures, marketing collateral, and proposals and provides support to the Director of Marketing and/or Manager as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare various general external marketing collateral, under the direction of the Marketing Manager

Assist with preparation for corporate events, including tradeshows, administering multiple calendars and attendee requirements, and ship and track materials sent to tradeshows

Assist with the procurement and inventory management of promotional items

Update marketing content library as required to maintain integrity of marketing boilerplate materials

Provide support to the Director of Marketing for proposal‑related tasks, including updating resumes, editing copy, file management, printing, binding, and shipping proposal and marketing materials

Assist with global project profile and resume updates and general organization

Other duties assigned or required to meet the business needs

Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Proven history of follow‑through on task assignments

Acute attention to detail

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Positive mindset and ability to work with a team

Ability to work under general supervision and respond promptly to directives given

Must thrive in a fast‑paced and deadline driven work environment

Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education and Experience

Completed or working toward Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related degree (will consider equivalent work experience)
