Company Overview Tabañero Holdings is a fast-growing, premium condiment company known for bold, flavor-forward innovation across hot sauces, BBQ sauces, taco sauces, salsas, and specialty condiments. Backed by the private equity group behind Celsius Energy Drink and Rexall Sundown, Tabañero is scaling rapidly across retail, eCommerce, and foodservice channels nationwide.

We are a data-driven organization that connects marketing investment directly to retail growth, velocity (UPSPW), ACV expansion, and margin protection. As we expand into new markets and product lines, we are seeking high-performing, analytical talent to join our corporate team.

Role Overview This is a full-time position with an immediate start date. While there is limited work-from-home flexibility, regular on-site work at our Delray Beach, FL corporate office is required.

You will work directly with the Marketing team to support the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across:

TikTok

Instagram & Facebook (Meta)

Google Ads (Search & Display)

This is a hands-on performance marketing role where you will gain real-world experience in campaign management, data analysis, creative testing, and ROI-driven decision-making.

This role also requires participation in company events, trade shows, and retail activations, including physical setup and breakdown. Events may occur outside of standard business hours and require the ability to lift materials, transport product, and support on-site brand execution.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in building, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across social and search platform

Monitor and analyze KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates

Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations

Support A/B testing of creative, ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting

Conduct competitive analysis and research emerging paid media trends

Collaborate with organic social, influencer, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment

Support influencer seeding campaigns and analyze performance impact

Contribute ideas to improve creative performance and conversion efficiency

Assist with execution of live events, trade shows, retail demos, and brand activations (including setup and breakdown)

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field

Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting campaign data

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable working events and assisting with physical setup

Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads (preferred but not required)

Previous marketing internship experience is a plus

Reliable transportation

Ability to work on-site at our Delray Beach office
