Intern – Marketing (Fredericksburg, VA) We are seeking individuals to fill the position of Intern – Marketing for our Fredericksburg, VA location. The chosen candidate(s) must be a college student enrolled in Marketing, Communications, or another related field, and will assist with lead follow‑up, tracking of branch Google reviews, reviewing competitive media ads, assisting with social media, creating graphics in Canva, and additional clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

Working with the assigned department to learn Kaeser's processes, product line, and general business practices.

Providing suggestions to Management for improving customer service and internal processes.

Learning internal software systems.

Performing clerical duties such as data entry, filing, shredding, and other projects as assigned by the Manager.

Professionally representing Kaeser at all times.

Required Qualifications

Eager to learn and work with various departments within Kaeser.

Good communication skills and phone skills required.

Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
