Our teams design solutions to some of the world’s greatest challenges across water, power and energy, transportation, health, education, defense and intelligence, and urban and community development. To support these efforts, our Corporate Marketing department engages in campaigns and events, graphic design and digital media, web development, pursuit management, artificial intelligence platforms, and training.

Responsibilities

Work closely and collaboratively with Corporate Marketing Creative Team and Corporate Communications team on content development and deliverable production.

Collaborate with Content Manager and others to align content with visual storytelling and brand standards.

Write, edit, and format to ensure clarity and consistency.

Support business groups, pursuit teams and campaigns with technical writing and editing, proofreading, and related outlets.

Edit qualifications/proposals, white papers, and technical publications.

Use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Jasper, Grammarly, SurferSEO) to assist with content ideation, drafting, editing, and optimization.

Manage project deadlines and adjust priorities to keep the team and deliverables on schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Currently enrolled (undergraduate or graduate student) and majoring in marketing, journalism, advertising, business or English

Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe InDesign and Acrobat Pro; Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator strongly preferred; Experience with MS SharePoint or Adobe Premiere a plus

Strong proofreading fundamentals (Associated Press style preferred; familiarity with Chicago Manual of Style; ability to apply a custom style guide).

Willingness to collaborate with graphic designers and visual media artists, and learn basic related principles of graphic design.

Ability to work on complex and multipart projects

Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in person and virtually

Strong organizational skills, with a desire to support process improvements

Located in Omaha, NE

Required Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program

Attention to detail a must

Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills

Basic Microsoft Office skills
