Job Description
As the Motorsport Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting marketing initiatives, event coordination, and partnership activations. You will be involved in hands‑on experience in motorsport activations, trade shows, vendor communication, creative content development, and data‑driven decision‑making to enhance marketing strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Event Coordination & Logistics
Lead early coordination efforts for motorsport activations and trade show participation.
Assist with race event coordination and support the team with logistics.
Partnership & Vendor Management
Support the planning and implementation of key partnership activations such as FSAE, WIMNA, etc.
Assist with marketing related topics including branded goods and team gear.
Marketing & Communication
Assist with creative design for our different working locations.
Contribute to global and regional communications, including content production, event, and media relations.
Support sales team on customer and dealer communication.
Project Management & Process Improvement
Monitor and track marketing expenditures.
Organizational / process improvements for marketing and project tracking.
Collaborate with Operations Lead to drive internal and external projects.
Engage with division wide collaboration to promote team alignment and unity.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a business related field.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Minimum 18 years of age.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Structured working approach to high quality standards.
Able to work independently and self‑driven person.
Good attention to detail, decision making and problem solving.
Strong MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Motorsport interest/experience preferred (Race teams, FSAE, etc)
Ability to apply critical thinking skills to analyze problems and develop solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management tool experience (MS Project, Asana, Monday or others is a plus)
Motorsport interest/experience preferred (Race teams, FSAE, etc)
Copywriting experience is a plus.
