
Sales Representative - Residential Exteriors

Duties
Engage with prospective homeowners through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and community events to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline Conduct detailed product demonstrations and consultations to educate customers on exterior renovation options such as siding, roofing, windows, and gutters Manage assigned territories effectively by planning visits, tracking progress with CRM software, and maximizing sales opportunities within designated areas Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships through proactive account management and follow-up communications Negotiate pricing, project scope, and contract terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that satisfy customer needs while meeting company goals Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local campaigns and promotional activities that boost lead generation and brand awareness Utilize sales tools like Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to record customer interactions, track sales progress, and analyze market trends for strategic planning Experience
Proven success in outside sales or B2B (business-to-business) sales environments with a focus on residential or exterior products preferred Demonstrated ability in territory management, lead generation, and direct sales techniques such as cold calling and upselling Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent customer service abilities to foster trust and close deals effectively Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce, JobNimbus, Acculynx or comparable platforms for managing client data and sales activities Experience in technical sales or product demos related to home improvement or construction is a plus Ability to analyze market data, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic plans for territory growth Excellent communication skills with the confidence to present solutions clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences We’re dedicated to empowering our team members with ongoing training in sales strategies, product knowledge, and technology tools.
