What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Implement sales strategies to achieve fleet sales targets and drive growth

Identify new business opportunities and market trends to inform sales strategies

Manage the fleet sales team, providing guidance, training, and support

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure sales and maintain key relationships

Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of fleet vehicles and manage the sales budget

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred

8-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or fleet industry

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Ability to analyze market conditions and competitor activities to inform strategies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in telematics sales is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service orientation

Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot

Skill in predicting future sales trends and setting realistic targets
