What You’ll Do This is not a desk job—it’s a relationship-driven, fast-paced, people-focused career. As an Executive Recruiter, you will: Identify, source, and recruit highly qualified professionals using cutting-edge tools, market research, referrals, and networking Build relationships through strategic outreach, cold calling, and meaningful candidate conversations Interview and evaluate candidates to assess skills, experience, and career goals Partner with hiring managers and key decision makers to understand their needs Coordinate phone and Zoom interviews between candidates and clients Maintain accurate and organized records of outreach, appointments, and pipelines Manage and grow a database of companies, candidates, and industry contacts Track and execute targeted search and email marketing campaigns You will be trained to think like a business consultant, not just a recruiter—learning how to develop long-term partnerships with both candidates and clients. Who You Are We’re looking for motivated, competitive, and people-oriented individuals who thrive on challenge and opportunity. The ideal candidate has: 1+ years of Sales or Customer Service experience A natural drive to prospect and build new relationships—you love “the hunt” Strong communication skills and confidence engaging professionals at all levels A positive attitude, resilience, and coachability Excellent organization and attention to detail Comfort using tools like LinkedIn, Outlook, Excel/Google Docs, and CRM systems The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Military experience is welcomed and valued Most importantly, we’re looking for people who want more than a job, they want a career with unlimited potential.
