Based between Amsterdam and Paris, we are now expanding our Dutch sales operation and looking for the right person to own it. Role Description: We are looking for a Sales Closer for the Netherlands & Benelux markets with Commission-Based to Start. This is not a lead-nurturing role. This is not account management. This is frontline, outbound, cold-to-close B2B sales. You will be prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing in Dutch across the Netherlands, and Benelux region. Qualifications: Dutch speaker, this role requires fluent, professional Dutch on cold calls Minimum 2 years B2B sales, cold calling, or business development experience Proven track record of booking meetings and closing deals by phone Comfortable working fully on performance/commission for the first 2 months Self-starter, you do not need daily motivation to pick up the phone Strong advantage: Existing network of SME business owners in the Netherlands Experience selling SaaS, digital marketing, or technology solutions Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) English proficiency (internal team communication is in English) The right mindset: You want to join something early and grow with it, not just collect a paycheck You see commission as freedom, not risk What you will do: Own the full sales cycle in the Dutch market from cold outreach to signed contract Cold call and prospect SMEs across sectors including renovation, solar, real estate, healthcare, and professional services Run discovery calls and deliver tailored solution presentations to business owners Close deals ranging from €149/month entry packages to €10,000+ annual contracts Build and manage your pipeline using our CRM with weekly reporting to CEO Hit and exceed weekly activity targets (80+ calls/day, 5+ discovery calls/week, 2+ closes/week) Contribute to building the Dutch sales playbook as a founding team member Compensations & Career Path: Trial Period | Month 1 & 2: Commission only, 10% on every deal you close Fully uncapped, your earnings are entirely in your hands Close a €10,189 annual contract → earn €1,019 that month From Month 3 onwards: €2,500/month guaranteed base salary 10% commission on every deal, still uncapped End of Year 1: The Lifestyle Package (Permanent Employees After 1 Year): ✈️ Luxury team retreats twice per year, fully covered Work & travel globally full expenses covered to join the CEO wherever he's working in the world Remote forever, work from anywhere, on your terms ⏱️ Flexible hours, we measure results, not clock time The role is NOT for you if: You need a guaranteed base salary from Day 1 You require daily supervision or external motivation to perform You see this as a temporary bridge while looking for something else You have less than 2 years of real, outbound B2B sales experience How to Apply: Send your CV + a motivation letter to
