ServiceNow experience (incident, change, demand). - Mandatory Agile/Jira experience; managing boards, sprints, Kanban. - Jira project management; sprint planning, backlog management. - Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheet experience. - Weekly SDLC tracking across instrument environments. - SDLC/GxP experience: validation, test traceability, release/change control. - Laboratory experience; ability to communicate with scientists and IT. - Robotics experience preferred. - Strong stakeholder communication and meeting facilitation. - Self-motivated; able to work independently and in teams. - Onsite 4-5 days/week. - Additional: scientific computing/lab IT experience; QA/CSV alignment; ServiceNow coordination; strong documentation and communication
