payroll, accounting operations, and HR administration . This is a highly visible role that plays a key part in keeping the business running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Payroll
Collect and review time and expense reports and enter into BBO Manage CBIZ payroll sheets and coordinate payroll submissions Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Accounting / Revenue Cycle
Manage
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Process payments to contractors and vendors Track AR weekly and report invoices aging over 30 days Enter and match time and expenses for accurate client invoicing Perform credit card and bank reconciliations Maintain accurate books in
QuickBooks Prepare accrual-based cash flow reporting
Benefits & Compliance
Administer employee benefits and manage monthly payments Prepare workers’ comp reports and 401(k) Safe Harbor matching reports Set up state withholding and unemployment accounts
HR Administration
Coordinate onboarding including background checks, MVRs, and drug screens Complete I-9 verifications and E-Verify processing Set up employees in Bullhorn and payroll systems Maintain employee records and manage offboarding processes including final pay and COBRA
Key Traits for Success
Strong attention to detail and organization Excellent client and employee service mindset Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Understanding of HR compliance and financial accuracy
