This is a

full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent , located in

Fuquay-Varina, NC , with flexibility to work from home. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in

buying, and selling

while delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include conducting property showings, preparing contracts and transaction documents, maintaining strong knowledge of the local real estate market, and guiding clients through every step of the real estate process. Possession of a

valid Real Estate License Strong skills in

sales and customer service Excellent

communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities Ability to build and maintain strong

client relationships Proficiency in

real estate software and technology
