We’re looking for driven and motivated Sales Representatives
who want to sell premium outdoor living projects — and be part of a winning, fast-paced team. You’ll meet with homeowners, design beautiful outdoor spaces, and close deals that bring their dream backyards to life. You’ll have pre-qualified leads , marketing support, and a brand name that homeowners already trust. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about sales, design, and helping clients create something amazing — while making a great income doing it. Responsibilities
Meet with qualified leads provided by our marketing team (no cold calling). Conduct in-home consultations, identify client goals, and design project concepts. Present proposals, handle objections, and close deals with professionalism. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. Coordinate with project management to ensure a smooth handoff after sale. Track leads and follow-ups using our CRM and sales process. What We’re Looking For
2+ years of sales experience (home improvement, design, or construction preferred). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence presenting high-value products to homeowners. A driven, goal-oriented mindset — loves to win and break records. Basic understanding of construction or design is a plus (training provided). Base Salary: $15,000 + Commission: 5% of closed deals Upfront Commission: 4% paid on deposit Bonus Commission: 1% paid when project achieves target gross profit margin Average Income Range: $80,000–$150,000+ (Top reps earn more) Company Vehicle (for full-time, consistent performers) Paid Time Off & Holidays Ongoing Training, Growth, and Career Path Opportunities Why Join PRODECK
