Kitsap Tractor & Equipment is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team and help build the Hitachi Construction Machinery and Kubota construction brands across Washington State. We are the authorized Hitachi Construction Machinery and Kubota construction dealer for Washington, proudly offering sales, service, parts, and rental from our locations in Silverdale, Marysville, and Bremerton. Family-owned and operated for over 30 years, Kitsap Tractor has built a reputation for honesty, reliability, and long-term relationships with customers throughout the region. What We’re Looking For
Proven outside sales experience in construction equipment or heavy equipment sales An existing customer base and contact list in the industry. Strong communication, organization, and territory management skills Familiarity with contractors, municipalities, and site development markets A self-starter who thrives on results and customer satisfaction Territories Available
