Overview
Rapidly growing, successful, innovative Aesthetics Company seeks a Sales Representative to promote their Cosmeceutical products to Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and other physician practices in the Manhattan & the Bronx (see Territory info in “Key Points” section below).
The company has an extensive line of uniquely-positioned, inventive, science-based (clinically supported) cosmeceutical products that are directly dispensed by doctors to their patients. Product categories include skin brightening, skin rejuvenation, under-eye, neck cream, specialty vitamin C-based serums, skin hydration, sun screens and more. Their pipeline for new Aesthetic products is substantial.
Position Description (Brief Overview)
Prospect and open new accounts
Grow business with existing accounts
Demand Creation: Drive and increase sell-through of Cosmeceutical products within physician practice by developing and executing marketing programs that create patient demand and awareness
Achieve targeted sales goals and objectives within the territory
Qualifications/Requirements (Brief Overview, One or More of Below)
Beauty industry sales experience, ready to advance to Medical Sales
Working as a Patient Coordinator/Advisor at an Aesthetic Physician office or MediSpa
An Aesthetician looking to transition to Outside Aesthetic Sales
One to two-years’ experience calling on Aesthetic Physicians in the territory
Will consider a motivated outside sales person from other industries that is passionate about skincare
Will consider a top performer with less experience
Key Points
Call Points: Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, Medi-Spas
Territory: Manhattan & the Bronx areas; candidate should reside in the general Manhattan & the Bronx areas
Compensation: $100k -110K Base (depending on experience) plus $50K Commission annual opportunity at plan, uncapped, lots of incentives/promotions (see company for official information)
Auto: Car Allowance, fuel and expenses
