As a Non-Qualified Mortgage Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with brokers while promoting ARDRI’s Non-QM and Business Purpose loan products. Daily tasks include identifying and onboarding new broker partners, providing exceptional support, and guiding brokers through the loan process. You will play a vital role in achieving sales growth targets, structuring loan scenarios, and ensuring client satisfaction through timely and transparent communication. Collaboration with underwriting and support teams will be essential to delivering seamless service to our broker partners. Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Non-QM loan programs, including Bank Statement, DSCR, No Ratio, Foreign National, and Bridge loans Prior experience in sales and account management within the mortgage lending or financial services industry Skills in client relationship management, sales prospecting, and negotiation Technical proficiency with loan origination systems, CRM platforms, and basic financial analysis tools Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including underwriting and operational staff Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with emphasis on delivering clear and effective information Self-motivated with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is a plus Prior experience working with Third-Party Originators (TPOs) is advantageous.
