As an Account Executive supporting our organization, you will act as the primary client contact and become responsible for ongoing communications from sales pitches to exhibit planning, through show execution and review. In addition to ensuring Derse clients' face-to-face marketing program are well developed, you\'ll continuously sell Derse services to new prospects. Please note, this position has the availability to be done remotely or in a hybrid setting with a Derse US office. Account Executive Responsibilities

Solicit and generate new business opportunities for new customers. Utilize cold calling efforts, networking, on-site selling efforts, follow-up of company leads, etc. to develop, nurture and close new business. Augment business with existing customers. Penetrate different divisions and subsidiaries and work to sell Derse products and services not being purchased by client. Develop long-term customer relationships. Become experts of your clients’ businesses, knowing their products and services and have a basic understanding of their marketing strategy, especially as it relates to face-to-face marketing. Involve management in all major accounts to assure a strong multi-level relationship. Enlist the aid of corporate marketing and corporate sales management as necessary to assist in large, strategic presentations and account development. Develop an annual and mid-year sales forecast based on historical information, current prospects and knowledge of future account activity. Write a yearly business plan with steps for achieving business goals. Submit all required reporting tools to management on due dates. Some reports include Weekly Sales Highlights, New Business Development Report, and Aging Reports. For pre-sale activities, complete Design-Estimate Sales Orders and Exhibit Essentials Planning Guides. Write other Sales Orders for post-sale activities as necessary. Ensure payment of all outstanding invoices as shown on the Accounts Receivable report. Work with your client to resolve any issues to ensure payment of the invoice in a timely fashion. Read up on industry periodicals and studies to be an expert in our field. Represent the company and its products and services professionally in a manner consistent with current marketing direction. Collaborate with Divisional Vice President(s) & Executive staff in driving new business. Work with our Production and Logistics teams for work entering the business. Account Executive Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and / or 7 - 10 years of proven sales experience required Prior trade show / experiential marketing industry experience required Highly organized, flexible and ability to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Ability to travel as needed for client obligations
