Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Breakfast and Social Engagement Coordinator to join our enthusiastic team! In this pivotal role, you will create a delightful complimentary breakfast and evening social experience for our guests, fostering a welcoming ambiance. Responsibilities: Manage daily inventory of food, beverages, and necessary supplies for breakfast and social events. Compile and submit orders for food and supplies as needed. Prepare mouth-watering items such as pre-packaged meats, pre-cooked eggs, fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentrate. Maintain and restock the serving area to ensure a seamless guest experience. Keep accurate waste tracking logs. Set up and dismantle the serving area following hotel standards. Ensure cleanliness throughout the service hours and leave the area spotless at the end of the day. Wash all serving dishes and utensils post-service. Store food appropriately to comply with health standards. Adapt your schedule as necessary to meet the demands of the job. Arrive punctually in a clean uniform, including your name tag. Follow hotel policies, procedures, and standards diligently. Stay updated on daily hotel operations and seek ways to enhance guest services. Possess in-depth knowledge about guest rooms, amenities, and hotel services. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall hotel operations. Understand emergency procedures and act accordingly when necessary. Identify potential sales leads and report them to management. Have knowledge of local attractions to assist guests effectively. Report any unusual incidents or special guest requests to management. Greet each guest promptly and provide proactive assistance. Be open to additional duties as required. Hold a valid driver's license and be an approved driver if necessary.
