We’re looking for a Marketing Intern who wants to contribute to our mission of making sports safer while learning from world‑class marketers in the sporting goods industry. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment where your work directly impacts athlete safety on the field.
What you’ll do. As a Marketing Intern at Guardian Sports, you’ll support day‑to‑day marketing efforts while learning how campaigns, content, and partnerships come together at a growing sports brand. This role is designed for someone early in their marketing career who’s excited to gain hands‑on experience, build real skills, and contribute meaningfully to the team.
You’ll work alongside our marketing, creative, and editorial teams to help bring ideas to life across social media, email, digital campaigns, and partnerships—learning the process from brainstorming to execution along the way.

Responsibilities.
Marketing & Campaign Support
Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital channels
Help organize timelines, assets, and messaging for ongoing and upcoming campaigns
Copywriting & Content Assistance
Support writing and editing copy for social posts, emails, and marketing materials
Help create and organize content that reflects Guardian Sports’ brand voice and messaging
Social Media & Community Support
Help monitor social media channels and assist with responding to comments and messages
Support community engagement by helping maintain an active, positive brand presence
Partnership & Influencer Research
Research athletes, influencers, teams, and organizations that align with Guardian Sports
Assist with preparing outreach materials and tracking partnership opportunities
Creative & Brand Support
Help organize creative assets and support brand consistency across marketing materials
Assist the creative team with day‑to‑day needs as campaigns come together
Learning, Research & Reporting
Learn how to track basic campaign performance and understand what’s working
Stay up to date on social media trends, sports marketing, and digital best practices
Qualifications.
Enrolled in a college or university program, preferably with a focus on business, marketing, or sports management.
Passion for sports and a genuine interest in athlete safety.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
Hands‑on experience in marketing within the sports industry.
Mentorship from experienced professionals in the fields.
