Minimum of 2-5 years of client service/financial institution experience
Strong client service orientation
Strong written and verbal communication skills

General understanding of onboarding, KYC or regulatory requirements
Preferred:
Prior experience in related onboarding functions (e.g. Due Diligence, Agreement negotiation) is preferred
