Research and identify aviation job opportunities in AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, and NZ.
Stay updated on global hiring trends in the aviation industry.
Job Board Management
Create and optimize compelling job listings on Flying-Crews.com.
Monitor job listing performance and implement SEO-driven improvements.
Maintain an up-to-date job board with fresh opportunities.
Social Media & Content Marketing
Generate shareable content, URL links, and relevant assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Linktree.
Create engaging aero-centric posts and tag relevant airlines & aviation firms.
Maintain a strong brand presence across digital platforms.
SEO & Digital Marketing
Implement SEO best practices for job listings and website content.
Use Google Analytics and social media insights for data‑driven strategies.
Optimize content for better reach and engagement.
Who Can Apply?
Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
Passion for digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
Understanding of aviation job markets in AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, and NZ.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Experience with job posting platforms & applicant tracking systems (preferred).
Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
